Report a SAFE Site

The ZILLAbar uses advanced technologies to predict and detect Phishing sites. However, on rare occasion, the system generates a "false positive." That is, a SAFE site is incorrectly determined to be an UNSAFE site.

Conversely, you can report an UNSAFE site incorrectly determined to be a SAFE site. Please see: Report an UNSAFE Site.

When this happens, you can send a report to the iS3 Research Department. There, engineers will study the site and add it to the Public Whitelist if it is in fact a SAFE site. Or, they will keep it on the Public Blacklist if further study confirms that it is an UNSAFE site.

When you navigate to a site determined to be UNSAFE, the system displays an ANTI-Phishing Alert and the Report Safe button on the toolbar becomes enabled. If you believe that this site was incorrectly determined to be UNSAFE, you can add the site to your Personal Whitelist, which will then allow it in the future. You can also click Report Safe to send a report to ZILLAbar.

To report SAFE a site that you believe was incorrectly determined to be UNSAFE:

  4. Select (check) Contact me about the status of this report if you would like to know the research findings about this site.
