Upgrades

Upgrades are new releases (versions) of STOPzilla.

Unlike updates, which are minor enhancements to an existing version of the product, upgrades include major changes in functionality.

When you purchase STOPzilla, you are entitled to all updates and upgrades for one year, at no additional cost. Subscribers who purchase Lifetime Upgrades are entitled to all upgrades and updates for the life of the product, at no additional cost.

To upgrade STOPzilla:

1. Remove STOPzilla. Please see: Removing STOPzilla.
    

2. Restart your system. It is not necessary to shut down. Click Start > Shut Down and select Restart from the drop-down list as shown. Click OK.
   
   
    

3. Launch Internet Explorer: Click Start > Internet Explorer.
    

4. Go to STOPzilla's subscriber download page. Please click here and download the upgrade according to on-screen directions.
    

5. Reboot (restart) your machine as described in Step 2.
