Live Online Chat

STOPzilla provides free, unlimited live online chat.

If a Customer Support Rep is available, you can begin a live chat Help session. If not, you will be prompted to leave a message in the chat window and a Customer Support Rep will get back to you as soon as possible.

To access live online chat:

  1. Right-click the System Tray Icon. Select Tools > ADVANCED OPTIONS > Support tab.
     

  2. In the Support tab, click Launch Live Chat.


     

  3. STOPzilla launches a chat window. Type in your e-mail address, name, other required information and a brief description of your concern. Click Send.
     

  4. If you launch a live chat session during Call Center hours, a Customer Support Rep will be online with you within two minutes. There is no charge for this service.
