To access the Support tab:
In any open dialog (HOME, SCAN FOR SPYWARE, REAL-TIME PROTECTION, etc.) click About in the lower left corner.
Click Support at the top of this dialog.
The Support tab displays the following read-only data:
Support: This group box enables you to contact Customer Support:
Support E-mail: Click this live link to send an e-mail to Customer Support.
Support Web site: Click this link to go to the STOPzilla Customer Support page. There, you will find flash tutorials, articles of interest, and answers to most frequently asked questions.
Live Online Chat: Click this command button to launch a live chat session with a Customer Support Rep. If a Customer Support rep is available, you can begin a live chat session immediately. If not, you will be prompted to leave a message in the chat window and a Customer Support rep will get back to you as soon as possible. Live chat is available from 8 A.M. - Midnight Eastern Time (UT -5 hours) and from 10 A.M. - 6 P.M. on weekends. Customer Support is closed on major U.S. holidays.
