STOPzilla enables you to scan for infections manually, whenever you wish, or automatically, on a schedule that you define. STOPzilla also enables you to define the depth of the scan. You can perform a Quick Scan, Intelligent Scan, Custom Scan or Full Scan. For more information on scan types, please see: Types of Scans.
To perform a Spyware scan manually:
From the navigation bar, select SCAN FOR SPYWARE.
Use the control buttons to select the type of scan you wish to perform and click the green START SCAN NOW button. Or, click the SCAN button at the bottom of this dialog.
Scans can be performed manually, any time you wish, or automatically according to a schedule you set. For detailed information on automatic scanning, please see: Scheduler
