If a Customer Support representative is available, you can begin a live chat Help session. If not, you will be prompted to leave a message in the chat window and a Customer Support representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
To access live online chat:
In the lower left corner of any major STOPzilla dialog, click about..

The About dialog opens to the Support tab. Click Live Chat Support to open the chat window.
Type in your name, e-mail address, and other required information and click Send. A STOPzilla Customer Support representative can chat with you in real time weekdays from 8 A.M. - Midnight Eastern Time (UT -5 hours) and from 10 A.M. - 6 P.M. on weekends. Customer Support is closed on major U.S. holidays.
