Using a Portable Device with ANTIfraud

With a portable device (USB flash drive), you can take ANTIfraud and all of your personal data with you, wherever you go. A USB flash drive is a good data backup and a way of entering data securely from any computer.

There is no security risk if you lose your flash drive, the data is encrypted and completely inaccessible without the Master Password.

It is assumed that you have installed ANTIfraud on your computer and set up your USB flash drive as required by the individual manufacturer. Portable devices can be used only with the full version of ANTIfraud. The free version of ANTIfraud does not support USB drives.

To install ANTIfraud to a portable device:

  1. Insert your USB flash drive into a free USB port on your PC.

  2. On the menu bar, click File. From the File menu, select Install to removable drive... The system displays the iS3 ANTIfraud Mobile Installation dialog.

  1. From the drop-down list in this dialog, select the drive to which you wish to copy data from the computer in which ANTIfraud is already installed. The default option is the USB key drive.

  2. Select (check) the box labeled Create AutoPlay action to enable ANTIfraud to create an autorun file on any PC.

  3. Select (check) the box labeled Automatically synchronize data if you would like ANTIfraud to synchronize PC and USB databases whenever you insert your USB flash drive.

  4. Click Install to copy the ANTIfraud application and all of your data to the USB flash drive.
